“We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job……

“Um bairro incrivel! Parece uma cidadezinha do interior. Feira livre aos domingos, avenidas cheias de opções de refeição, praças. Será meu bairro oficial de hospedagem em Santiago. O apartamento, incrivel! Predio tranquilo, com muitas facilidades (estacionamento, lavanderia, piscina). Tamanho do apartamento excelente para duas pessoas. Como padrão para oferecer a viajantes, faltou um cuidado adicional quanto a limpeza (estava empoeirado, copos mal lavados e inclusive quebrados no armario,……

Appartement défraîchi ; chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ; mitigeur d’eau qui se remet en mode «baignoire » donc douche avec faible débit à une main (l’autre tenant le bouton). Pas très propre. Laverie (1500 pesos le lave-linge ou le sèche linge) à disposition en bas de la tour.”
