Trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen wurde mir bis heute der ursprünglich online bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist extrem ärgerlich und enttäuschend – besonders, weil auf meine Nachrichten nur schleppend oder gar nicht reagiert wurde. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann die……
