“It is like the place does not exist at all. my group and I were stranded in Cap Haitien whith no where to go the owner did not give the address and was no where to be found by phone or otherwise. This place should taking off this platform.”

“This hotel is only pieces of bricks and mortar on the ground. I was disappointed and frustrated that Orbitz is still carrying this place on their website for people to book. Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster.”
