“We loved the home and the island. Would absolutely come again and stay. Barbara, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful with getting us initial groceries, answering questions, lining up taxi, etc... We flew in on Caicos Express from Provo and took the Ferry back. Both are very easy. Have nothing but good things to say about the house. If you are looking for a spacious house away from the crowds this would be an excellent choice.”

“Ariel is an amazing manager and you can tell he really enjoys and loves what he does! Every morning he provides coffee and assorted pastries (so large and delicious!) by the pool from 8am-9am. He is also great for booking excursions (discounted!), rec., and restaurant/taxi reservations. Condo never felt crowded or loud. There is 18 units (9 per building) but probably only half were occupied. There is construction next door, but there is construction everywhere on the island, and it's island……

“Two families - 4 adults (41-73), 4 children (8 - 14). The villa was a perfect environment for all. We loved the villa, all the amenities, proximity to Sapodilla Beach and nearby access to restaurants and excursions. We went our for adventurous tour on a catamaran, did some parasailing, jet skiing and a sunset cruise with stops on Iguana Island and Pine Cay.
