“Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi. ”

“This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. ”

“Our week at Sapphire Sunset villa was amazing! We were celebrating my husbands birthday with friends, and the house worked out perfectly. Check in was seamless, and Julian and Faye were just a text away for any questions. The beautiful beach, relaxing pool with SO many floats, and rooftop deck were our favorite places to hang out. We also enjoyed the fire table in the evening after dinner. Paddle boarding and kayaking in the morning when we had the beach to ourselves was also super relaxing.……

“We stayed at Villa Tropica for 10 nights with another family and the Villa was fantastic! Home was huge inside and out, with lots of room for 2 families with boys, there would have been more than enough space for even another family. It had everything we needed and the location is great, within walking distance to the beatiful Pelican Beach. There was even a game room with ping pong table not mentioned in the description.We had some minor issues that were out of the control of the owner and……
