“The place was well looked after, but not close to town. The staff were great. Only complaint would be the breakfast was not a buffet. You had to order it the day before. This is not a reflection of the hotel but a lot of monkeys. Do not leave anything outside. My aunt had a top and make up bag stolen. They can open doors as well. “This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka. The owner is wonderful; she invited my friend and me for tea, picked us up in her SUV since our tuk-tuk couldn't make it up the hill due to an earlier accident, and welcomed us warmly despite our late check-in.
