“Everything about our stay was great. The accommodations are basic but well laid out. The beds are comfy. Having a kitchen was nice. We enjoyed the front porch. The property caretaker, Charlene went above and beyond. She even offered to send medication that we forgot to another of our destinations in Belize. They have a dog named Bushy that was a real sweetie. It was so nice to be happily greeted by Bushy every time we returned to the property. 10/10 would stay here again. ”

“Our stay there was more than we expected and then some.Kitchen was well equipped w all amenities including blenders, coffee makers, pots , pans, toaster. 2 - 5 gallon containers of purified water that fed directly to the refrigerator more than ample for our needs ”

“Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there.”

“This property is worth every penny. Close enough to San Ignacio that most tours picked me up for free or a small fee. I took a morning walk to the orchard, enjoyed incredible food at the on site restaurant, and everyone working there made us feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. ”

“Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We enjoyed our stay and there were plenty of places to eat and things to do. Everywhere we ate was very good. If you visit Belize don’t expect 5 star……

It’s not often you find someone who authentically cares what their guests think, how their stay was and the time they spent inside the facility. “We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!”
