“Would have given this 5 stars but we had quite a small room for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. When we booked another room, we were given a massive mezzanine room - which would have been perfect in the first place.”

“Très bon séjour réservé à la dernière minute à un prix qui est resté raisonnable Très proche de la ligne de train qui amène à l'aéroport de Cracovie, et à 15 min à pieds, l'hôtel Milestone est proche d'un supermarché et des tramways. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Cracovie. Le tramway passait dans la rue à proximité mais les doubles fenêtres atténuent vraiment le bruit.”

“酒店並不是在舊城區的公園裡，網頁顯示的地址只是接待處。 從接待處走路去酒店需要8分鐘左右。 酒店在二樓，沒有升降機，也沒有酒店職員幫忙搬行李。 酒店正門沒有上鎖，也沒有管理員。那條街道晚上很靜，感覺回酒店很危險。 而且酒店的樓梯是透過自動感應開關的，我住了四晚，有兩晚都感應不到我們，突然燈都全關上了。令我們在全黑環境下用鎖匙開房門，感覺危險。 房內只靠兩條鎖匙鎖門，沒有配備安全鎖 房間上睡床的樓梯很直，只有一邊有扶手，不適合小孩和老人入住。”

“Great location and service. We had no issues checking in. The bar downstairs can get a tad loud in the evening, but we did not lose any sleep over it. ”

“Highly recommended. I booked it at last minute due to urgent issue in Warsaw. Checking in process was super efficient and the guest relation lady was very nice and helpful. Near to the big mall with 5 minutes walk and you can enjoy shopping.”
