For example, I asked for the location of daily market and fea market, however, they did not know it. Moreover, I had sent many emails for the parking information before my trip. However, no email have been replied. Finally, it is found that there is the discount for parking, we have parked in other parking area with higher cost.”

There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.”
