“It's a dream house! Large, spacious, authentically furnished. All amenities available, everything very clean and well maintained. The property is huge with a perfectly maintained garden, large, clean pool, volleyball court, lemon trees, lots of loungers, chairs and tables. The equipment was more than complete. We have never had a house that was better equipped. The contact with the agency, the owner and the caretaker (lives next door) was perfect, we would love to come back!”

“Sehr schöne, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalte braucht, angenehm eingerichtet.Die Wohnungsfront ist komplett verglast mit phänomenaler Aussicht auf den See, die Berge und die sehr große Terrasse. Wir haben auch bei teilweise schlechtem Wetter einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt genossen. Ein Auto ist allerdings nach unserer Meinung unverzichtbar, das es in Tronzano selber keinen Bäcker oder ähnliches gibt und es einige km Autostraße bis……

“Wir waren als Familie mit kleinem Kind für drei Tage im Apartment und konnten auf Grund des schlechten Wetters nicht alles so nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Auch der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und abgetrennten Garten war für uns mit Kind perfekt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ”

“It’s a storage room under the house,Towels , sheets, utensils, walls everything was filthy, no any amenities not even coffee or tea, for 75 euros a night, they could have got someone to clean it, Apart from all that the owner doesn’t answer the msgs, I sent her msgs on the Vrbo app to proof that she doesn’t care, I had to beg her to open the heating, overall was a very bad experience, I don’t recommend it it.”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
