“入住當下看到窗外的風景真的是非常滿意，細看後發現沙發使用感很重、不是很乾淨，廁所只有非常小瓶的備品（洗髮沐浴2in1），重點是洗澡途中沒有熱水！退房當日才收到酒店的email，告知使用熱水超過30分鐘就會沒有熱水使用，但當日使用不到30分鐘。在凌晨一點的遇到按門鈴的惡作劇，使我們兩個女孩非常的害怕！”

“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……

“L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Il est relativement récent et très bien équipé. La seconde chambre n'en est pas vraiment une. Elle est équipée d'un canapé pliable et il n'est guere possible de faire le tour du canapé. L'hôte est très disponible et nous a contacté à plusieurs reprises. ”

“I didn’t receive email regarding how to get into the room and there was no one in the office. It took me over an hour to finally get into the room. It is not easy to get to airport or ferry port. You have to take taxi.”

“Det står at stedet har 2 soverom og jeg tolket det som 2 senger. Men det er 1 seng og 1 sofa som ikke kan slåes ut som seng. Litt misvisende. Leiligheten er fin og ligger sentralt, men det var ganske kaldt i Stavanger da vi var der og det fantes bare 1 ovn som måtte deles på.”
