“We loved the villa, pool and location to the beach. The beach never had more than 6 people (usually just us) so it seemed like it was our own private beach.The Villa was close to town and other beaches. Great place to relax!”

At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. ”

“Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location.”

“The house was lovely and view was spectacular! We were surprised when finding that 2 bedrooms shared a "jack and jill" bathroom. The description with 3BR /3Baths was misleading, since the third bath was downstairs while all BR were upstairs. It was fine for our family, but for three couples, this would be a challenge. Driving info from airport could be better, including tunnel.”

“The property was exactly as advertised. We had a group of 10, everyone had enough room. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time. The pool was fantastic. I highly recommend, and would stay here again if we ever come back!”

“A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay ”

“Extremely nice 2 bedroom place to stay in Frigate Bay - spacious bedrooms and a good sized main room with a seating and eating area. Host is extremely responsive and proactive with any needed communication. I will be back.”

“This place is amazing! It was like a private retreat with an exclusive beach almost to yourself. Access to The Pavillion Club pool and restaurant made the place even better. Wilfried is an amazing host and an outstanding communicator. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice private location to relax. Wilfried can also tell you all of the great places to eat and help with reservations. Highly Recommend! ”

“Our stay was nothing short of perfect.The owner and property manager were so kind and helpful. The accommodations went well beyond our expectations (as seasoned travelers) and offered easy access to a myriad of activities. The location offers walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and taxis (though I suggest renting a car). A few activities I would recommend include: Brimstone Hill, Caribelle Batik & Romney Manor House, Spicemill Restaurant at Cockleshell beach, Coconut……

“The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.”

"Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me."
