“The Playa Nueva Romana is excellent in every respect. The host, Linette, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. I commend her good communication skills and though fullness. She kept in touch on daily basis to make sure we have everything that we needed at the residence. Kudos to her and her rental team.”

“The property is exactly as it looks from the picture. The view takes your breath away. Giovanny is really responsive and we got all the help we needed. The location is really convenient, close to small shops and restaurants. Juan Dolio is not as developed as other areas in the DR but it is ideal for families or if you are looking to relax and regenerate. Really happy with my experience.”

“The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Located in a modern tower by the sea side with a beautiful pool. It was a very relaxing stay. We really enjoyed it, especially the amazing view of the sea. The owner is very responsive to communication s and made sure everything was ok. ”

“The host was very accommodating. We extended our stay from the 2 days to 4 days to 6 days. Marbella condominiums is an ideally located on a beautiful beach, close to great restaurants and convenient stores. Juan Dolio is very safe and friendly.”

“The Villa was very nice, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms worked well. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. The pool is very big and very clean. I had a surprise Birthday party for my dad and it was a great time. Cons were the wifi never worked for us so we had very limited communication with the outside world. They did try to resolve by bringing a different router to us but still had no service. Also google maps sends you through a very scary area to get to the villa, they need to ensure……
