“Nice self-contained cottage with just everything you need. Clean and Tidy. The ceiling-to-floor windown gives you a brilliant view of the garden in he morning and a sky filled with stars at night. Perfect.”

“It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay.”

“Good little value for money place. I don't mind bringing all linen if the price is reasonable. Only fault is the upstairs bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last guests. Pretty gross.”

“The house is quite old. The cleaning is terrible. Many of the dishes were filthy. It's a little difficult to get there. The entry is unmarked. Sea Eagle Retreat may have been the name of this property. The entrance had that board.Numerous light globes and the kitchen fan were not functioning. One of the primary TVs is unable to function. When I phoned the manager in the morning, he informed me that since it was late, he would send someone the following day. When I called again in the morning, he……

“The Otway Nest is located in a rain forest and the drive there was stunning, we arrived and were greeted by a beautiful, modern, and full featured BnB. The heater was on, the home was warm, and small details like having our dogs bowl full of water ready for her arrival was wonderful. A couple of slight disappointments we did have with this stay was a lack of electric car charging (I had no idea I was meant to let them know my car was electric, and there could have been a charge point available……

“The property was ideal for our purpose. We stayed with our adult children and 2 babies. It was spacious and had good facilities. Plenty of space to have some quiet time and a pool table for games etc. Supermarket etc 6 Km away, lovely view and easy to walk for a swim. ”
