“The accomodations were great - clean and had a great view of the ocean from the patio. Even tho I didn't book thru the resort, all of the employees there were so friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a question and sent a text to Karen, she responded immediately and took care of any issue right away. This really impressed me. “We have been visiting Rocky Point for 20 years and have never had a complaint about any other place. We checked in on a Sunday and were instructed to call Astrid for an orientation. We called and she said Angel would be over shortly. We waited over 2 hours and no one came. The jacuzzi was empty and we were not told it wasn't working. Later we found out the TV's weren't working and the thermostat for one of the bedrooms wasnt working. I called Astrid and left a message and sent a message to……

“This place was soo pretty! Very modern and close to the beach. If you are going with a big group the rooms beds are great, but the sofa/bed is the size of a Full bed or smaller incase you are expecting it to be close to a queen size mattress. Overall the place was great for 7 people.”
