“Ottima comunicazione con l'host, raggiungibile facilmente, check-in immediato. Un bel giardino curato con tanto di lettini ,doccia e barbecue a disposizione. L'appartamento è corredato di tutto ciò che serve : climatizzatore, microonde,ferro da stiro, phon,TV e wifi. La zona è molto tranquilla e con una buona privacy. Per ogni esigenza il sig. Cesare, persona squisita, è sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi. La costa è meravigliosa con Calette da sogno...che dire consigliato sia per……

“Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in luglio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa. Grande, accogliente e provvisto di tutte le comodità. La posizione era ottima: permetteva una meravigliosa vista sulla costa e sul mare, che era raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Dovendo riandare a Costa Rei sceglieremo sicuramente di tornare qui.”

“Ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, es besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten), einem Wohn-/Küchenraum und Bad, Terrasse und großem Garten.Welmoed ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die mit ihrer Familie nebenan wohnt. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sind hin und wieder zu hören.Die Straße zum Haus ist wie beschrieben, aber mit einem normalen Fahrzeug gut zu meistern.”

“Soggiorno piacevole, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più...in bagno non era presente il kit di benvenuto omaggio doccia(fortunatamente ho portato shampoo e balsamo)..inoltre non era presente un porta spazzolini e dentifricio...per il resto accettabile....bar e ristorante un po cari....pizza buona,menù ristorante da rivedere....un po povero come scelta...gli spaghetti con le vongole abbastanza scarsi ho contato 5-6 vongole esagerando...(22 euro)i calamari erano surgelati (20 euro). Animazione……

“We had a great holiday. The house is very nicely located with a great view. We loved the swimming pool the water was perfect temperature. The beds are very comfortable and the house stays cool in warm temperatures. We loved the village near the house. The restaurant are very good especially the pizzeria Nico’s. We enjoyed the aperitivo at daddies bar. It was a very relaxing holiday and we are very grateful that we where allowed to bring our dogs. ”

“Die Villa liegt an einem kleinen Villenhang mit vielen anderen. Jedoch sind die Olianderhecken so dicht, dass der Garten nicht einsehbar ist. Außerdem liegt das Grundstück ganz oben, wodurch noch mehr Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Uns hat es unglaublich gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Vom privaten Pool, über den liebevoll gestalteten Garten bis zur Sauberkeit war alles perfekt. ”

“Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come descritta e apprezzato la pulizia. Posto tranquillo, riservato e confortevole. Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura. A.C.”

“Nos vacances à Scivu se sont très bien passées. Le gîte est très simple, un peu rustique mais avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer des vacances en étant à la fois proche de la mer et au calme. L'hôte Luigi est très agréable et réactif à toutes les questions posées. Le gîte correspond en tout point à la description. ”
