“It was a lovely soothing place, in a calm area amidst Santiago. I had a nice view from the bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture. The bathroom was small, but enough for one. Had no problems with running out of hot water or whatsoever. The frontdesk personnel were ready to help whenever needed. ”

“We stayed at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!! ”

"It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard."
