“El área de oportunidad es el baño. Para adultos mayores deben poner cuidado en dos cosas: pasamanos para subir o bajar escalón al sanitario y piso en el área de regadera, está resbaloso. Los cuartos, el área de comida, el lobby, sala de check in y pasillos están impecables. Me encantó estrenar las instalaciones. Pd. Sería bueno tener una lámpara para los burós o el escritorio.”

JC told me it wasn't ready to wait... he sent a msg that it was almost ready at 5pm that the cleaning crew was almost done. got there at 5:30pm.. no one was there so I went inside and it was all duty... the cleaning lady wasn't even there. contacted JC and he sent msg saying give me a minete. never heard back from him until Saturday when I told him I was out. 7:50pm was when the cleaning lady was done and we could go in. “The place was clean and peaceful. There was someone nearby in case we needed anything, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—he took excellent care of us. The only reason I can’t give a full 5 stars is due to the lack of air conditioning in any of the rooms. This was especially disappointing since we stayed during a weekend with temperatures reaching 98 degrees. Fans were provided, but only after I requested them; they weren’t initially offered when I was informed the AC wasn’t……
