“There is luggage storage after checkout if we have many luggages and don’t want to carry with you on a tour. They are very good in communications. Specially, if your flight is delayed, you are eligible to check in anytime even at 3 a.m early morning like us. Even though, our flight was delayed until 3 am, I called them at 3 a.m. morning and they answered the phone to get me check-in the rooms… Great service.”
