Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. “入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天要自己清潔投訴無門聯絡清潔工要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡沒有回應，網站上酒店電話只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店，正確應該有九個字，到入住當天只好在門口等待，check-out亦冇人理會只可放低鎖匙回港後向hotels.com投訴，還被職員玩，覺得他們一點都沒有問題，無論酒店及網頁都不知所謂”

The major issue with the design, however, is there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom in this one bedroom apartment. All the smell and noise of toilet flushing from the bathroom affect the bedroom, especially worse at the middle of the night. Decent hotel in a not quite safe neighborhood

"The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
