“We stayed here the third week of August, which is considered slow season on the island. The complex was quiet, with just a few other guests around besides our group. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen, we did plenty of cooking to save on dining out. Having a washer and dryer on site was also a big plus. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a liquor store, and shops within walking distance. We also discovered a nearby pathway that leads……

“We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! “This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner. We drove to different beaches every day. Overall we loved the place. ”

“Ideal set up for two couples, or in our case, a couple and two college-aged kids. Upstairs has bedroom and full bath and downstairs also has bedroom and full bath (not en suite, however). This is the best kitchen I have ever had in a vacation rental. Everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of beach towels and two chairs if you want to venture to a different beach on the island. Due to erosion there is no beach front, but they have set it up such that it is an easy, 10 second walk……
