“The hotel is a bit older, but was very nice as I was able to get a top floor and did not have loud neighbors with barking dogs. At night there is minimal road noise and no loud clubs playing music until 3 am. The room was very clean and had no bugs. AC and heat functioned well. The staff were very helpful and let me store items until time to check in. The area around the hotel is a bit boring but can easily be accessed by taxi to travel to other places. Parking is minimal. There are convenience……

“We loved everything about this property except for the loud construction directly next door. I wish there was some type of warning we’d hear it everyday for 5 days. ”

“El contacto con la propietaria fue muy bueno. Siempre pendiente. Las instrucciones de llegada y salida fueron claras. La casa estuvo en orden. Todo funciona. Las camas cómodas, el agua de las regaderas bien, las TV funcionan, los aires acondicionados en orden. Tiene una alberca particular muy a gusto y una alberca común también muy accesible y agradable. Saludos”

“We were so impressed with the house when we arrived. The pool area is perfect for reading and then taking a dip when it gets too hot. I had a bit of an accident when I was there (sprained ankle) so we weren’t able to get around Mérida as much as we wanted, but thankfully Casa Osito is a great place to recover. I also dropped my keys there and the hosts shipped them back the same day!! Amazing people. Would book here again if we came back to Merida. ”

“The area was in the historic part of Merida lots of character in the building buildings. Parking was easy right on the street in front of the unit. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The space was comfortable and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again”

“This boutique is a block or so from Paseo de Montejo. My favorite street in Merida. GREAT location. Walkable to everything. Tons of restaurants. Nelson, the manager, was so welcoming, hospitable, helpful, thorough and highly communicative. It’s a lovely, quirky layout that worked perfectly for me. Definitely one of my favorite places now. I look forward to coming back! ”

El desayuno incluido es sorprendentemente rico y también la comida de su pequeñito restaurant. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, a 50 m de la hermosa playa y el mar perfecto para nadar.”
