The communications from Kasa were clear and comprehensive. Nice little touches like ear plugs, bottled water and cookies. Right in the heart of downtown Detroit, but I still found it quiet and safe. By far, the best place I stayed on my tour through Michigan.”

“Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient.”
