I travel for work and stay here frequently, rarely is there an error with housekeeping, its clean. Sheets are white and not stained. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe walkable area. Red Robin next door.

Check-in was easy. That was pleasant. Requested a handicap accessible room with two beds, they could not provide that for me, made for a getting my wheelchair mother in and out of the hotel. Was clean for the most part. Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. was gone. Not much to pick from.

We never leave ratings but for your sake we want you to know that unless you’ve been living off-grid in a sod hut, this is nowhere near it’s AI generated 8/10 rating. The facility is old, the carpet is filthy and stinks of mildew. The front desk staff member lying down watching TV in the breakfast area yelled “Whadda you want” when we went to check out. The included “breakfast” includes milk and yogurt if you ask for them, they will refill the pancake machine begrudgingly and all of the surfaces are sticky and dirty. We usually stay at Holiday Inn/Express and previously found Best Western’s to be of similar quality…..not any more. Any Best Western Quality Control leaders reading this message need to visit this location!

Overall our stay was fine, most importantly the room was clean, everything functioned as it should and was comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the area you eat in is pretty nice. There were two major issues we had, first was the evening desk employee. On his iPad most of the time I walked by when I checked in he was clearly annoyed I was bothering him. Second was the indoor pool wasn’t heated, at least not very warm. Minor issues, there were a few small bleach stains on the hallway carpets and the stairs were pretty shabby but the over a good stay.

I chose the location because it's easy on and off of the highway. I stayed here this 2nd time because of the staff and amenities. Check-in and checkout were very easy. The staff is very accommodating.

Quieter clientele than other places we have stayed in the area. Internet and tv connections were very bad. Tv was constantly loosing feed on multiple channels, connection was not good enough to order food on websites with gift cards. No problems with cards in restaurant.

I spent one night at Best Western Livonia. My room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward. The free breakfast was good. The location was right across Six Mile Road from my destination. It was unfortunate that I couldn't walk across the road right there, but it wasn't far.

Our room was very quiet. However, the light switch at the door when I turned it on, the light above us did not turn on. And the sink for the kitchenette, the water lines are mixed up. Hot is cold and cold is hot. We met housekeeping when we arrived, and they were more than happy to let us know if we needed anything, to ask and they would get it for us very polite.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, sheets and beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good too. I didn't use the pool, I was just in the area a couple days for work.

They do not clean rooms daily. You have to request your room to be cleaned. This was not told during the check in process. As a result, people just put trash and towels in the hallways. It was kind of gross. I took my own trash to a receptacle. Im ok with it not being cleaned but would have been nice to know so i didnt toss my towels in the floor.

Bed was comfortable Room was clean We rented the room to use the pool We went to the pool in the morning sign on door said closed till the evening They put chemicals in the pool so it could not be used Why would thet put chemicals in the pool in the middle of the day So the guest could not use the pool There were several other families trying ti use the pool with the same amount of disappointment walking away with there kids Was told breakfast was till 10 Went down at 9 and it was all cleaned up for the day
