I stayed at this property to celebrate my birthday, as my family lives in the area and I currently reside up north. The location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to everyone. However, there were several issues during the stay that I feel are important to note. Upon arrival, the first room we were given had what appeared to be used bedding, a damaged lampshade, and a broken electrical outlet. I requested a room change and was promptly moved, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better—it had burn marks in the carpet and an unpleasant odor. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, we were informed that we would need to wait until the manager was in the next morning. At that point, I decided we would stay in the room, as we didn’t plan to spend much time there. Throughout the stay, the bed proved to be very uncomfortable. Additionally, we encountered an ongoing issue with our key cards, which had to be reactivated at the front desk every single night in order to access our room. On a positive note, the customer service stood out. I primarily interacted with one staff member who was truly exceptional. She was friendly, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond to assist us—her professionalism and dedication were the highlight of our stay.

We had to check out after an hour. First of all, the luggage rack is damaged. I couldn't believe an hotel could still use such a damaged rack. It was a struggle to carry our luggages up. Secondy, its vey dusty, we are allergic to dust and were sneezing throught. The hotel was dirty. The bed sheets did not look like their were changed. I do not recommend this hotel.

The positive was it was the biggest & best tub & water flow in the in room hot tub was great. The downfall was there was limited hot water in the morning. The air conditioning unit barely ran cool, thankfully we always bring a fan to circulatate the airflow in room. Staff seemed friendly. The seemed to be remodeling & carpet was not on first floor halls where loose nails & tack strips were exposed on floor, i attribute this to the construction crew doing the work not necessarily the actual staff. Continental breakfast on Saturday morning wasn't anything to write home about. But its free, so you cant really complain about it. I would stay here again despite some of these things. Overall our stay wasnt bad for 1 night.

Stains on shower curtains, carpets, just kind of run-down overall. After the third day of no housekeeping I mentioned it to the desk and they said: “You have to ask for it.” There were no signs or indications that they had no plans to clean the room.

First It was one price on line, but when I checked in it was a different price from what was online, why don't they include the security deposit in with the bill???? For the security deposit if you pay in cash it's one price, if you pay by credit card it's another price which was higher WHY!!!!!!???? Also housekeeping don't knock they just come in thank God the door latch was on, and they don't speak English!!!!!!! If you live or work in America please hire people that speak English!!!!!!!!!!!!!
