First day breakfast wasn’t served until 8:30am. There were a couple bagels and apples but that’s about it until the food was ready to be served right before 9am. The booklet in the room says breakfast is from 6-10am but breakfast actually ends at 9am and I missed it by 5 minutes. I had no problems with the staff but the keycard takes multiple attempts to try to get into the room. I had to have a staff member help me twice to get into my room. My comforter was also looking dirty and there was a dusty Hi-C juice box that was empty inside of my lamp next to the bed.

There were limited hot choices for breakfast and the pool water was extremely cold and there were no towels. Children were running down the hallways late at night knocking on doors. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean but the air conditioner filter should have been changed. I woke up with no voice from the allergens in the room

This is not the place to stay and was not worth the money. I’m so disappointed with the quality of the room. The room was moldy and had a mildew smell. The carpet under the ac soaks the floor all the way to the bed. I woke up with little red marks all over myself and can’t stop itching. It’s outdated and used to death, every thing was worn down (example: the chair) or didn’t work (example: THE PHONE) or stained. There is no actual house keeping service, I had to request towels daily and even had to argue with the front desk about it because I had no towels. He kept arguing with me about getting fresh ones then brought me a single towel and a wash cloth (I had to request that SPECIFICALLY). The room had TWO adult guest. Breakfast was sad and the main areas of the hotel are dirty (Old candy in the top of elevator). I hated being here, I would of loved to be able to cancel but they could not refund me at all promptly so I could find a new place to stay. Do not recommend for important events happening nearby. AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSES TOENAIL CLIPPINGS UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK.

This light never worked and it was already broken.

I would never stay at this hotel again. Our room didn’t have a privacy tag when I asked the staff they said they didn't have any but that no one comes to the rooms unless asked to bring something. Pool was down for maintenance one day. The next day they had no towels. Then when I asked the staff for towels they said they didn’t have any that we were to use the room towels. Then I asked for extra room towels and they said they didn’t have any. We were to bring them our dirty towels and they would wash them for us then bring them to us. Room didn’t have toilet paper in it when we got there. Room was dirty. Breakfast was a joke. Some days they actually had some hot food eggs and sausage links. It was like we had to ask if we wanted breakfast. First night there as we were trying to get our kids to sleep the lights in our room kept coming on. I went to call front desk surprise the phone didn’t work in room. Walked down and the staff told me there was nothing they could do about room lights that they were motion activated. He proceeded to hand me tape and a post it to cover the motion sensor. This place was an absolute waste of money. When I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked it through expedia.

Very dated. Things in room broken and curtains torn. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Bathroom clean. Elevator floor dirty. They just need to make repairs and brighten it up. Not all the lights worked and air conditioner was touchy.

I stayed at this hotel since it was close to my friend’s wedding venue. The place felt very old and not as fresh as the photos on the website made it look. Ice was only available on the first floor and not on floors 2 & 4 as stated. The snack area to buy drinks or snacks was not stocked. Luckily there was a meijer right next door so I could go there to satisfy my needs. The furniture in the room was dingy and should have been replaced. The bedding had holes in the sheets. The toilet sounded like it was constantly dripping water in the tank so that was annoying as it didn’t stop. The key cards took multiple attempts to open the door to the room, so that was definitely not updated either compared to Hampton Inn and Suites. The positives of the hotel was the jetted tub and AC in the room. A decent size mini fridge in the room to hold drinks I purchased at Meijer. The staff was friendly and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. All in all, while the stay was fine (since I was hardly in the room) the King size bedroom Suite was definitely not worthy of a king or a queen.
