I love that it was quiet peaceful and it was a nice people. What I wasn't expecting was the deposit I had to put down as well as paying for the room and needed a little cleaning.

Bedding was filthy, used. I requested to cancel credit card transaction, was deterred, was given a different room, and a warm blanket. TV’s don’t work properly. No chain lock on door. NOT recommended!

Got a room for the weekend of Mothers Day (May 9th-11th) we were given room 404. The room was gross. Stained sheets and towels. Used towel left behind the bathroom door on the floor. Used & rolled up period pad left behind the toilet. Sink missing half a faucet handle. Mini fridge didnt have a seal so wouldnt stay closed and the door was covered in I'm not sure what. Hair left on the outside of the bathtub, trimming of the tub coming completely off, shower ceiling covered in what looked like mold spots. Smallest bed pillows ever as well. Stiff beds. I took several pictures and videos that I will be uploading where ever possible. Twice when in the lobby (once because my room key wouldnt work and once for check out) there were 2 different customers complaining about being over/double charged. Will not be staying here again.

I tried to call the property a day early to come and several times No one would answer the phone. Which later I found out they had no availability. Which was OK now that we only spent the one night. It was horrible the place was dirty cigarette, butts were everywhere outside the t. V wouldn't Come on.I finally figured that out How to get it on.The shower at first I couldn't get it.On but I had to pull it out really hard And the fixture was detached from the wall.I thought it was gonna break it finally showered will never go back there again.

This property was disgusting. Food crumbs at the sink, splatters on the mirror and wall. Soap scum in the bathtub, along with a layer of dust. The towels and sheets were NOT white. The refrigerator was so smelly. It hasnt been cleaned and had a god awful smell. The TV wouldnt work. The beds squeaked. A bed bug was found on the wall. This was a terrible location. I wish I had spent the extra money and gone somewhere else. The staff was friendly and I was glad I was able to book online with ease, however, the cleanliness of this room was beyond disappointing. It truly looked like it had not been cleaned for the last multiple stays. Its even a bit more confusing since the staff said the room we were going to be put in was "a better room than the rooms on the bottom floor". It does have a convenient location, located off the highway and next to a gas station and fast food, so thats a plus.

I checked into my room at regular check in time by time I got in the bed (not even a hour later ) there was little bugs all over both beds (looked like bed bugs ) when I confronted the staff respectful and with evidence they didn’t not even try to compromise with me to get me a refund or anything .no refund for bed bugs and I got bit multiple times and the staff didn’t have anything to say . Everything was dirty down to the bathroom and floor. DONT NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANNA GET BIT AND HAVE BUGS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
