The front desk staff on the night shift on July 12 was a lady. Although I don't know her name, she was very enthusiastic and helpful, and her attitude was great! The hotel environment is also good, clean and tidy, and relatively quiet! No bugs were found, because I have stayed in hotels near the airport before, and although the hygiene is great, I found bed bugs in other hotels! Breakfast arrived at 8:50, and there was only coffee and milk! It may be because I went there late! Overall, it is acceptable!

It’s cheap for a reason. The photos online are edited like crazy. Lobby is nice but as soon as you turn the corner to get the rooms it’s all downhill. Reeks of cigarette smoke. People screaming in the halls and rooms. Room was disgusting. Stains and hair all over the bed. Everything was sticky. Lock was not even screwed into the wall. Sink didn’t drain unless you held the plug up. A/C did not work and the list goes on. You get what you pay for I suppose but good grief.

Transportation to airport was fast and timely, had to wait quite a while for shuttle to pick us up from the airport though. Loved there was a Big Boy next door, no bar - lounge as stated in the ad. Overall nice stay.

Property was runned down, needs major repairs. Walls had wholes that were spackled over, room and hallways were dirty and smelled. Trash was overflowing near exit doors. Parking lot did not appear to be safe, a man was sleeping and appeared to be living in his car. Gym equipment was broken. Would not stay again.

Rooms was extremely outdated and dirty. The shower looked sketchy. I could never use it. The door barely closed safely and I was afraid that I was gonna bring back bed bugs. Would not recommend.

This isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. Like the sketchy ones in a movie where drug dealings and street walker do business. Arrive and there was no attendant for 20 minutes .. got our room key the bed was used and there was liquor and marijuana on the stand. Was assigned another room and it was filthy and it had bugs. Furniture was really worn down and the stench of the hotel was very strong

There was hardly any food at the hotel breakfast except for waffles. Other than that, it was fine.
