I checked into the Quality Inn on May 10, 2025, and was told there would be a $50 hold on my credit card. After a day and a half, my room key was deactivated due to alleged non-payment of the deposit, preventing me from accessing my room.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. The error was on Quality Inn's part, not mine, and it caused significant inconvenience. I will not return to this location.
I request that you train the front desk staff member on duty around 11 PM on May 11, 2025, and I will be sharing my experience on review platforms to inform potential customers.
