Summary:
Convenient location, comfortable, newly-renovated home, on the border of Waterford with easy access to Telegraph Rd, and I-75. This charming home is 1,200 sq. ft. and has 3 Beds/ 1 Bath, a full kitchen with the basic necessities, smart TV and free WIFI. It has gas forced-air heat and central air, and a driveway for up to 3 cars. The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size beds. Towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

The home has 3 Beds and 1 Bath, full kitchen, smart TV and Free WIFI. The two downstairs Bedrooms have Queen Size Beds. Bathroom towels and essentials provided.
The large Master Bedroom upstairs features a King size bed and a full-size futon. This is a great home for a family or small groups, with space to unwind.

Quiet & comfortable
It was a quiet neighborhood and very close to our planned activities (visiting family near by). Communication about our reservation and check-in information was a bit slow. Linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning made very hot days tolerable. Property could use a little TLC (maintenance / repair upgrades).

Completely inaccurate images
The home looks absolutely nothing like the photos online. While it was not dirty, it is absolutely not a bright bright modern looking home as in the photos. The photos are completely staged like when you have an empty house that they take photos and put furniture in with computer. The floors are not even the same color, the master bedroom looked like a hospital from the 1950s compared to what was in the photos. Completely misleading. Additionally no check-in directions for send, and the host was installing a new door lock which delayed our check-in. Only because the homeowner was there when we came back the second time to see if the home was ready were we giving the door code. However this pales in comparison to how inaccurate the photos were.

BUYER BEWARE
Before booking this property, be SURE to read the rental agreement that is only found in the house rules and policies on step two of the booking process. When I booked this home I read the rules and policies on the informational page, so I did not bother reading them again when actually booking. This was a mistake as they sneakily add the rental agreement which adds many qualifications and rules onto this agreement. We did not sign the agreement and because we were beyond the cancellation timing they refused to refund our money even though we did not stay.

Slight odor / could not stay
We could not stay due to the odor of the home. We prepaid but did not stay. They would not grant us a refund at all. The area is not the best either. I typically do NOT like leaving negative reviews, but it would have been nice to get that refund considering we walked in and walked out.
