DONT BOOK THROUGH HERE

After an 18 hour drive we arrived in Detroit and the landlord didn’t even know o book she stated that Vrbo didn’t take the listing down .. but I sent here an cashapp request with my number , she called me immediately and explained and she refunded me my money .. HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE

Truly terrible experience

We were unable to stay at this property and had to get a hotel instead at the last minute after making the long drive to get there. There was absolutely zero communication from the property management company, and the phone number listed for the “owner” didn’t work. Multiple messages were never replied to. I cannot attest to the cleanliness of the house, but it certainly wasn’t made any dirtier by us since we never were able to set foot inside the door.

Not the best property but it was something to stay in for just one night. Could’ve been more clean and sanitized. The property owner wasn’t aware of her listing on here and she couldn’t login. So I had to reach her via phone to communicate the day of the check in and she took a while to get back to me and everything was last minute which I don’t blame her for because she wasn’t totally aware of that but I expected a little better communication I even had to ask so many questions because there was no information on how to check in, wifi and I kept asking if there was a code and she kept dodging the question. This was the only cheapest place I can get on Vrbo around the time.

Disappointed

The pictures show a beautiful, clean house. We arrived and checked in. We just unpacked our cars and left to head to eat and go to our event. Came back, found dried pee on the toilet, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty laundry in the hamper, the one bedroom had cobwebs all over the ceiling and walls, the register was caked in dust, but the most disturbing was the sheets on the bed. It looked like someone had messed themselves and the sheets were never changed! I contacted the person who listed the property and she offered me another nights stay for free, but we couldn't do that we had to get back to work. She then offered to refund our money, but haven't heard anything back. I have messaged several times with no response.
