had trouble locating the actual frontage....Address numbers on the front would have been helpful also there was no communication about parking options or where to park...the area is in the process of revitalizing and still a little sketch But the location is great for what we like to do. will Def. use again!!

Solid team on the desk. They absolutely worked with me as I made a mistake in my booking. Hell, the housekeeping staff even jumped in to relay messages to the desk when they discovered the problem. I can’t say enough good things about the employees.

We had a great stay! Little caesars arena was in walking distance. Very convenient location, easy check in. My only recommendations are: they need to put curtains or better blinds in the main area, when you use the pullout couch it is way too bright. And something i always suggest is to put a dark coloured facecloth so ladies can wash their makeup off without worrying about staining the cloth. Great Stay! Will return.

Somehow, my phone logged out. There’s no one at the front desk. I didn’t have my password to get in the my room . I was locked out till three in the morning on the phone with Expedia it was not a good experience.

A little run down & def designed by either a man or someone who doesn't stay in hotels/vaca rentals often enough (nowhere to set ANYTHING, 0 functionality in layout/furniture choices, etc) but was decent overall & close to everything. Kitchen well-stocked w dishes, pots, silverware etc. When I returned at night was nice to see security guard inside the door, was not expecting that. The biggest issue for me was my room being on the side of the building right above a busy intersection... loved having the huge wall of windows/light, but the outside noise levels were pretty crazy (windows dont/weren't open) I travel w a small white noise machine (life saver- learned this trick from a noisy vaca rental in a Philly apt bldg having one provided on nightstand) it was fighting for its life against all the engine revving & music/bass blaring from cars, but got the job done- never would've beenable to rest without it. That said, if I needed to be in that area again I would stay again for the price.

I had to sleep in my car the first night due to expedia not communicating with the hotel and no one at the front desk to help me. Two people were shot feet from my car and hospitalized. I have stayed four nights due to not being able to sleep during the shootout.

We were told there was a luggage locker. It was a storage closet and anyone staying could put there luggage there or go through others luggage. We went to get our bags and the door was left open. The girl sitting at front desk was on her phone and when I mentioned the door being left open she was very rude since I took her away from her social media.

This is a hidden gem in downtown detroit. It's across the street from the Indigo and Westin, but costs a fraction of the price. Parking is down the street, but safe and cheap. Room is modern, clean, quiet and big. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, washer and dryer, and a nice view. Highly recommended.

This property is very clean, the access was clear and easy, and the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, too. Easy walk anywhere downtown including Comerica Park, Ford Field etc.

Didn't end up staying at the hotel. When we arrived, the door to our one room was being propped open by a pepper shaker. And then door jam on our second room was not properly affixed so the privacy latch/extra lock was not working. As a woman staying in the second room alone, i did not feel safe to stay. The employee at the front desk was very understanding and cancelled our reservation without charging us which was much appreciated. It was disappointing though as the actual apartments/rooms were really cute. Would be a great place to stay for a few nights as the rooms were spacious and have in room laundry so hopefully they are able to fix the other issues.

Zimmer war okay, Personal war nur gelentlich da. Nachts gab es Partys auf den Fluren, Wände nicht schallgedämmt, Straßenlärm sehr gut hörbar, Cannabisgeruch im Augzug, Ausstattung teilweise kaputt, Wände fleckig, das Schlafsofa furchtbar (JEDE Feder war sichtbar & spürbar) Fazit: 2 schlaflose Nächte und nicht für Familien geeignet.

This property is really nicely rehabbed, but the windows apparently haven’t been upgraded from the originals and it’s LOUD. Not just “I can hear street noise” loud, more like a car horn jolted me out of a dead sleep. On the 6th floor, in the bedroom! We also didn’t have any bedding for the pullout couch, but the front desk staff leaves at 11, so we just had to improvise. It was a nice stay, but I don’t think I’ll be back.
