Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are inside the apartment. Additionally, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are provided for your safety.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •

Can I check in early?
We'll confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It's best to plan for a 4 PM check-in, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have luggage storage?
We don't have a secure luggage storage facility.

Do you offer daily cleaning?
Daily housekeeping is not offered, but we can arrange it for an additional cost if needed.

Do you replace towels and sheets?
We don't usually replace towels and sheets during your stay. However, we can schedule a light clean with towel and sheet replacement for an extra fee.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, guaranteeing complete privacy and comfort.

Ideally situated near Downtown Rochester, The Village of Rochester Hills, The Paint Creek Trail, Great Lakes Crossing Mall, Oakland University, I-75, and M-59, our location makes us one of the top destinations in Rochester Hills!

HOUSE RULES:

• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for up to 2 pets only. We kindly ask to promptly clean up any accidents to avoid odors and stains.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable).

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
