“I have never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. I searched for five-star hotels in Detroit on Google Maps and found only this one, so I booked this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that this hotel is not worthy of its reputation at all!”

“The woman that checked us in was amazing. The lady that was helping with the shuttle was great. Only issue was we were at the pick up point 47 mins after the game and their was no shuttle to get back when we called the hotel we were told if ur under an hr they will be there then hung up on. Very rude. No one ever showed up so we had to Lyft back. ”

“The Westin is amazing for sure! We had some hang ups that seemed to be easy fixes but it just kept getting passed to the next person and every time I would bring the issues to someone they would say “oh that’s unacceptable, go speak to *someone else*”. My biggest complaint is feeling gaslit over getting the wrong room. I paid for a delux room and was given a premium, or maybe the other way around. I wanted a bathtub and the luxury of that room, which is why I chose it. I was told this room was……

“ I was greeted professionally and graciously by the front desk; even given an upgrade to my room as I was staying 5 nights. The rooms have been redone, had lots of closet space and a beautiful new bathroom. My two negatives: 1) I asked for daily housekeeping and even after requesting it a second time after they skipped my room on day1 (my doing - later in the room) and 2 - their doing for no reason, they still skipped the Wednesday after doing the room on Tuesday. So housekeeping came once……
