“Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a……

“This booking was a disaster. Due to medical emergency had to cancel Contacted Hotels,com to say wasnt going and tried to get the booking deferred but the client would not allow it. The client is not the pleasant couple who own the property but a company in Holland with a 1 star reputation. On booking got a flood of e-mails and documents from Holland with a huge list of does and donts. The contract was with Hotels.com not some company that would never have chosen to do business with. “Location was excellent, house was huge, lots of space for 10 guests. Rooms were comfortable and ensuites in each room. Ad needs updating as there isnt a hot tub. ”

“There was mold round the bottom of the shower and it needed a proper clean. ”

“Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. ”

“The flat was beautiful. Right on the river and the balcony over the river. Flat had everything that was needed and a super heater which warmed up in minutes. Absolutely beautiful place ”
