“Wonderful property, staff and grounds were wonderful and top notch. We had the absolute best time at the hotel. Would return to the same hotel if we find ourselves back at Victoria Falls. The gym was also great, and we the animals (impala, zebras, giraffes, and monkeys) were everywhere, so fun to have them so close! ”

“Great location and that it’s right on the border of the entrance to Victoria Falls. I went to the Falls almost every day. The sister property, which is Royal Livingston had additional restaurants, a bar and a spa, which was right on the Zambezi river and a relaxing experience. On all of the attributes I rated excellent. The only reason I gave it four and not five stars is because the Avani hosts conference is quite regularly. With all the conference hours, it just was a bit more overpopulated in……

“A group of 7 friends stayed here for 3 nights. The Lodge is very traditional and our 4 rooms were all beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was delicious, being cooked to order, even having options such as Eggs Benedict. We also ate here on 2 evenings and the food was fabulous and very reasonable.
