Renovated Three Bedroom Unit in Rainbow Cove. Just 1.5 Blocks to the Beach! This 2nd floor unit has a spacious Living Room with Dining Room and Kitchen, three Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. Two Reserved Parking Spaces.

The Rehoboth Beach & Dewey Beach Resort Area is known for its award-winning boardwalk, awesome hotels, specialty stores, amusements, beautiful homes, tax-free shopping and some of the finest restaurants anywhere.

Visitors enjoy exploring 30 miles of unspoiled Delaware coastline, and many passive park areas. Nature based activities include State Parks, kayaking, nature cruises, ferry rides, walking trails, surfing, skimboarding, paddleboarding, sailing or exploring the water�s edge. Adding historical venues and live performing arts will make your stay in the �Nation�s Summer Capital� a perfect one.

Neighboring Dewey Beach is just a short walk from Rehoboth Beach and sits between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. Dewey offers beach sports and activities as well as great restaurants, majestic sunsets, live music, dancing, and nightlife that is world famous. During the summer, Dewey offers family activities including movies and bonfires on the beach. The Resort�s Gateway (Highway One), offers a �mile of style� at the famous Tanger Outlet Center as well as additional restaurants, bars, shops, rides, and attractions.

The Resort Area hosts many events for fun-seekers of all ages�all year round! Spring and fall sidewalk sales are held in May and October and the Annual Sandcastle Contest is held in September. If you like fun, costumes & parades, the annual Sea Witch Festival held in October will appeal to you. More fun events include 5K Races, Elvis Festival, Pet Events, Jazz Festival, Film Festival and holiday tree lightings and happenings.

Our stay

Stay was overall good. The oven looked like it hasn't been cleaned in many years. And the outside shower we were told we could use had a lock on it. I did call but no one got back to me.

Great place!

From check in to check out it was fantastic! The place was very clean and was a short walk from the bay, and the beach! Parking was nice if you had two or less cars with a a garage parking underneath the building. We had very nice neighbors that weren’t loud at all plus having a dog friendly room is always a plus! Couldn’t recommend this property more!

Overall it was pleasant. It could have been a little cleaner... the dishes and the laundry washer were pretty dirty. And the neighbor next door had at least 10 people over there regularly til 2 am, loud, throwing chairs and things off the balcony. Leaving trash everywhere including our side of the balcony. Other than that we had an awesome time!

Parking is tough , not as clean as I would prefer

Upon arrival , I tucked my car tight into my space, so much so the passenger can't get out their door. Even after doing that, my neighbor managed to damage my car with a beach umbrella. There were stains on the carpet, dog slobber on the sliding doors , and the remote to the TV is all chewed up from an animal. Trashcan was broken , and the lid stuffed under the sink with other junk. It needs some TLC in my opinion .
