“This is a great property with owners who take a lot of pride in their properties but also about your stay. We thought the communication was exceptional. The location is amazing and has an amazing view of the ocean from the screened in porch. Hearing the waves at all times was amazing!”

“We had a great time, it was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and the host was very responsive. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only downside is it is a bit too close to the main road, so instead of hearing waves at night we heard traffic from the road.”

“This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!”

“Highly recommended. This was the perfect place for 2 couples to enjoy the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival weekend. The Rusty Rudder, one of the venues, is right across the street! The owner, Robin, is very responsive and extremely accommodating! Would definitely come back again next year. ”

“Overall neat, clean and freshly painted. Lvg/dining furnishings made the most of limited space to give the basics needs for a family. Building is quiet. TV youtube & netflix many shutdowns, maybe needs upgrade. Wastebaskets & miirrors in all bedrooms would be nice. Toilet paper was not adequately supplied, we bought it. Good location for beach access and very nice pool. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.”
