“Everything was great except AC went down on day 3 of 5. We opened doors and windows with fans to cool off late in evening. They gave me some refund for inconvenience but did not get it fixed before we left. The facility was nice and worked very well otherwise.”

“The place was having problem with electricity. Lights were flickerung and microwave could not pull enough electricity”

“Great house with plenty of room to spread out and Hattie was even kind enough to bake us cookies to thank us for staying. She was super quick on communication and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Extra towels and wash cloths in every room, a fridge with waters, snacks, two different kinds of coffee pots WITH coffee to use. Will 100% be back! ”

“We were in town for a weekend of Cowley baseball games. The Charming Chestnust was centrally located, very clean, roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. Rachelle was very attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. The communication and check in/out process was easy. We will definitely book here again for future trips. ”
