“I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Al Khobar. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions. The room cleanliness was exceptional, and I truly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Al Khobar. ”

“The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too. ”

“funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight.”

“the worst hotel ever i checked in after 6 PM i waited 3 hours to get my room and the stuff is have issue with dealing with customers if i have to go again i will never ever come to this hotel ”
