“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow.……

“Its...a minimum BUDGET Basic hotel for SINGLE travellers Will NOT recommend for Families at all. SMALL Rooms ...space enough only for One person .... Thir BATHROOM does NOT have a -"exhaust"- so ....All the smell goes back to your room ! --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The BREAKFAST has ONLY 1 Egg with One Toast and One cup of Tea.... Poorest '"breakfast"- ever seen in any country ! No sausages ..NOT Even any Cereal or Cornflakes.……

“I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. Not sure why they'd want to turn that on at 4am with a full house of guests! On……

“The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. No natural light- windows facing the next building……

“朝食6時半～10時まで。 メニューは、 ・クロワッサンとバターロールの2種類 ・サラダはレタスとポテトサラダ ・シリアル ・プレーンヨーグルト ・スープ(コンソメとコーンスープが日替わり) ・牛乳、オレンジジュース、コーヒー が置いてあります。 毎日同じメニューだったので正直飽きました。 ご年配の方やご飯が好きな方はちょっと。 ホテルは窓が開かず、換気が出来ないため、不便かもしれません。 また部屋に電子レンジがあるためとても便利でした。 歩いて行ける距離に西葛西の商店街もあり、食べ物や買い物は困りません。 値段が他と比べて安かったので、総合的にみてとても良かったです。”

“Hotel is not bad for the price. Did not get a chance to try out the food but is located near Banani Road 11, which has KFC, Nando's, Burger King and Pizza Hut and also others. Staff are helpful. Room was clean. Could've done with a mini safe inside the room ”
