“Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return! ”

“This property had beautiful views of the lake and the neighborhood and lake itself were extremely quiet, making it a very restful week. The house was quite spacious even with our party of 11 and we all enjoyed large living spaces where we could all hang out together and also to have separate areas where people could slip away for some alone time. Loved that the dining room table could fit 8 adults with very comfortable chairs! The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was very prompt in……

“Leading up to our stay Hannah was always quick to respond and was so helpful! We had a family of 10 ranging in age from 11 to 58 and everyone had everything they could need or want in a vacation home. Every bed room having its own bathroom was plus. Plenty of games including board games, ping pong and even fun games on the walls. The kitchen is incredibly stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could possibly need. We will definitely book this house again the next time we vacation……

“Beth is the best host! We’ve stayed with her 2x now, and will be back with her again! Pampers her guests with little spa gifts, and our stay at Buffalo Bluff left us all refreshed & renewed! We all slept great after busy days in the pool, playing mini golf, basketball and pickleball…annd our evenings were filled with movies on the projector screen and ps5 tourneys, while some dukes it out on the ping pong and pool tables. We ate like royalty as each family took a day in the kitchen and on the……
