“Nice location. Fine restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The staffs are very helpful. Wifi is unstable. House keeping is not god enough. The floor is always not clean. There is only one washing machine. Sometimes we have to wait for more than one hour to use it.”

It sits in the heart of Fitzroy, yet feels cozy and quiet like a suburban home allowing me to work, rest and relax any time of day. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff. Not to mention the rooftop view - absolutely stunning. The StandardX really seemed to have thought of it all while keeping it affordable and modern.”

“Great place to stay Only annoying thing was the room key cards expired before the checkout time and had to go down to the reception to get them reprogrammed so we could load the car and checkout. This has happened here previously so maybe you shouldn't make the keys expire before the checkout time”

“The townhouse was spacious and clean, well positioned for our needs (lots of driving to various stadiums for basketball). The host, Wayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of amenities to make our 4 night stay very comfortable (the children loved the hot chocolate and tv channels!). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Coat hangers and cupboards for unpacking our suitcases helped us to feel settled in. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend :)”
