“Es ist soweit sauber, Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut gesichert. Reinigungspersonal sollte mehr Tools erhalten, Boden musste sie steinzeitlich auf Knien von Hand reinigen, das sollte mal geändert werden. Pool etwas salzig aber sehr sauber. Ein Tipp für das Management: mit ein kleinen Bär am Pool das bei Hochzeiten geöffnet ist könnte noch etwas Geld dazuverdienen werden 😉”

“This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. “Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. It was discovered(By me) that the circuit breaker was turned off so that customers cannot use the air-conditioning/hot water heater. And it was well hotter(stinky……
