I stayed at Residhome Dijon Cité des Vignes for 19 nights and was very pleased with the experience overall.
The room was clean, modern, and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Climate control worked well, and the large windows overlooked a nearby park, with cherry blossoms in bloom during my stay—an unexpected bonus that made the view even better. The TV was easy to use, with accessible HDMI ports for my own devices.
The location is excellent. The T2 tram stops nearby and connects you directly to the city center and Toison d’Or, where there’s an enormous Carrefour and plenty of shopping. Monge Cité de la Gastronomie is just next door, along with a great selection of restaurants. The Pathé cinema is right next door as well, and there are two parks, the river, and the canal all within walking distance.
The front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. My only minor issue was having to purchase a couple of basic kitchen utensils—like tongs and a large serving spoon—that I would’ve expected to be included.
Considering the quality of the stay and the excellent location, the value was outstanding—my average nightly cost was just over $52. This was one of the most comfortable and convenient extended stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
