“The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours……

“Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Objekt liegt ruhig und ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern gebraucht haben. Da fehlt wirklich nichts. Besonders das viele Spielzeug hatte es den Kleinen angetan. Wir waren 4 Tage mit der Familie dort und kommen gerne wieder.”
