“6 adults, 2 couples. Unit had great bedding for adults, pool/ping pong table in basement game room. Kitchen and gas grill were used extensively by the group. Common pool/hot tub in the neighborhood is small, but useful. Property management was very responsive.”

“The location was super convenient, the space was pretty good but we didn’t love that there was just one bathroom on the upper level for 4 bedrooms. It was nice that there was an additional family room in the basement. We would have had a better stay but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The couches proved to be better for sleeping. ”

“Our weekend stay here was wonderful with the exception of a few hiccups. The pictures are mostly accurate- however when entering the house it is very obvious someone lives there. There are decorations all over that are not pictured, tiny nick-nacks that are breakable. The outside patios of the house was not accessible because of snow- it was actively snowing while we were there but it was several feet of snow, it had to have been there for a while. The hot tub was dirty, it had a layer of grime……

“Our second stay at this property. Four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, perfect for our family group. Two generous family room areas allowed everyone to spread out. Gorgeous views overlooking Lake Dillon, convenient to the ski slopes. Great stay!”

“I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want anyone else to book so I can keep coming back! Great little A frame cabin, very clean, everything works (don’t believe the few ridiculous reviews everything works great). Only downside was no outdoor fire due to ban (not owners fault) but the listing did say fire pit outdoors. Besides that we were very comfortable, and will be coming back as we ski breck and keystone often. ”

“Stay was great, only issue was hot tub was cold when arriving and pool table and cues were in poor condition (gauges in felt, missing tips on most cues, had to buy chalk).”

“Great place for my group of friends and I. The kitchen was amazing and was stocked conveniently with all but the food! We made several nice meals and took advantage of the wine cooler. Beautiful views and warm ambiance. I would highly recommend this place to any groups looking for a beautiful, pristinely clean, and cozy place to stay. It's got a lot of room and is just beautiful! Thank you. One small comment, the location was not marked so we weren't entirely sure upon arrival if we were going……

“Great location, great communication, easy access, no foosball table sadly, outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tub and sauna nearby, towels and sheets provided, great basement for kids or adults, would stay again.”

Everything was modern and up to date. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The property management company, Evolve, was very easy to work with before and during our stay.
