“This is by far the best equipped VRBO property we stayed in. They thought of everything and we felt home away from home. Our first day there, it was the first rain since June and it was a downpour. The place made us feel very cozy. The second day the sun came out and the property looked even more charming, with the view of the bay and a tree whose foliage is turning red. All in all, highly recommend this place. ”

“This is our second stay at Breakwater for our annual high school friends reunion. The place is perfect with the most breathtaking views and sunrises over the water. It’s extremely clean, well equipped (we lacked nothing) and ample room for everyone. We travel extensively and this is the first time we’ve decided to go back to the same place…that says it all! Communication, including suggestions from the host, was smooth and appreciated. We hope to be back!”

“We had an amazing stay! The cabin was very clean and everything worked as it should. Everything was well stocked. We had a designated parking area, and the area and cabin were safe. We had a great stay at this cozy little place and got to enjoy the outdoors and make a little fire at night. The instructions for checkin and checkout were clear and the host was really nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. “We all agreed that this was the best rental we have ever stayed in! The owner was very kind and considerate. He was very quick to respond and help with whatever we needed. The place was so clean and absolutely beautiful, still thinking about that view. Everything was well thought out, the house had everything we needed and more. I Would definitely rent this place again, and I would definitely recommend it.”
