“The hotel is right opposite to the train station, it's very convenient and accessible. We chose a room with lake view, it's stunning. The staff are friendly, especially Nea from the restaurant, she is very helpful and kind, great customer service ever. She remembered our room number, made my parents welcomed when they have their breakfast early in the day. Even my parents doesn't speak english, Nea tried her very best to look after them. We will definitely come back!”

“The staff were amazing, made me feel like a princess taking my bags, getting me a coffee to take away in the morning and driving me to the train station. Couldn’t ask for more. Room was lovely. My only criticism would be having to walk back from the east wing with bags on the last day as it is quite far. Would definitely stay again!!!”

“酒店地理位置方便，鄰近市中心，距離機場半小時的車程。 酒店房間夠大，特別是廁所浴室。 還很貼心贈送了一粒朱古力再床上。 酒店的早餐也不錯，如果可以更多選擇便更好。 前台職員態度很好，但餐廳職員的態度有待改善，態度惡劣的問我們要喝甚麼，還呼喝我不能用夾煙肉的夾子夾雞蛋，要求我用手拿雞蛋，太不衛生了吧。 但我在第二天看見了專門夾蛋的工具可供使用，根本是職員在第一天忘記放的，還要責怪客人，實在無語。”

“Vi hadde 3 netters opphold.Hotellet har meget god plassering. Ikke langt fra Operahuset, og rett ved promenaden langs innsjøen. Rolig stemning på hotellet i april. Vennlig personalet, lett å slå småprat. En veldig god og variert frokost . Vi har vært tilfreds med absolutt alt -rommet, renhold, personalet. ”
