“We stayed at Hickory House Inn for our 9-year anniversary and had such a wonderful experience! The town is absolutely charming, and everyone we met was so warm and welcoming. We stayed in the Sister Gilmary Room, which was spotless, cozy, and had a very comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure—always a bonus! Breakfast was phenomenal—delicious, homemade, and clearly made with care. Shawn was an incredible host—so kind, attentive, and fun to chat with. He really made us feel right at……

“Be aware that this property is out in the middle of nowhere. And there is a very long bumpy road to get to it. Also the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. You are the only ones using it downstairs but it is down the hall. Oh and there is no air conditioning. That was pretty uncomfortable on an 85 degree humid day.”
