The only negative is my husband wasn’t able to work due to no internet. However the owner explained that the internet should be installed within the next month. “We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! ”

“This is a lovely home. It is spacious and airy and the deck is wonderful. But it is not user friendly for older folks to get to the dock. And any one who has a mobility issue would not want to attempt it. The trees have grown up and block the view of the lake. There are plenty of seating options and the king size beds are very comfortable. ”

“We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but……
